Blank Slate Brewing Company is located in the East End/Columbia Tusculum area of Cincinnati, Ohio. The brewery has been carefully built piece by piece by owner and brewer Scott LaFollette with the help of family and friends.

The brewery is located near Lunken Airport and housed in a 3000 sq. ft. warehouse that once held aircraft parts. Today it holds a custom built 7 barrel brewing system capable of a yearly production volume of around 1500 barrels.

Blank Slate Brewing Company opened the PourHouse tap room in November of 2014.
